What You'll Do

Promote transformational leardership and personnal development on-line programs and destinations retreats
Conduct virtual consultations with pre-qualified, warm leads
Apply digital marketing, social media, and content strategies to attract clients
Build authentic relationships and long-term partnerships
Represent our mission with professionalism, passion, and entrepreneurial spirit
Collaborate with a supportive, high-performance global leadership team
Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, online education, and personal growth

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in leadership role, coaching, consulting, or learning & development
Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Passion for personal development, coaching, training, or online learning
Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working independently
